Treatt said that it has appointed Alison Sleight as an interim chief financial officer with effect from Jan. 1.
The U.K. supplier of flavor and fragrance ingredients on Wednesday said that current CFO Ryan Govender will become interim chief executive officer following Daemmon Reeve’s retirement as CEO on Dec. 31.
Sleight joined Treatt at the beginning of 2019 and is currently finance and IT director.
The company said that it is making good progress in its process to appoint a permanent CEO and an announcement will be made in due course.
