Metro Bank Holdings said Senior Independent Director Monique Melis has resigned with effect from Dec. 31 and will be replaced by Catherine Brown.
The British lender said Thursday that Brown, who has been a member of the board since October 2018, will take on the role from Jan. 1, subject to regulatory approval.
Shares at 1138 GMT were up 0.40 pence, or 1.1%, at 36.0 pence.
