Networking company Minim said Friday it was increasing the size of its board to seven members from four and named three new directors to fill the vacancies.
Avraham Ben-Tzvi, who founded boutique Israeli law firm ABZ Law Office, and Matthew C. McMurdo, a managing member of McMurdo Law Group, were both named as independent members of the board.
Also named was David E. Lazar, who has served as chief executive officer of Titan Pharmaceuticals since August 2022. He is also CEO of Custodian Ventures, which specializes in assisting distressed public companies.
Minim also said it plans to engage Lazar as an executive officer of Minim, and as a result doesn’t deem him as independent.
