The Dow Jones Industrial Average is declining Wednesday afternoon with shares of American Express and Nike delivering the stiffest headwinds for the index. Shares of American Express AXP and Nike NKE have contributed to the index’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA was most recently trading 260 points (0.8%) lower. American Express’s shares are down $4.67 (3.0%) while those of Nike are off $2.46 (2.0%), combining for an approximately 47-point drag on the Dow.
