Frenkel Topping Group appointed Christopher Mills as nonexecutive chair with immediate effect.
The U.K. financial and professional services company said Tuesday that Mills joined the board as nonexecutive director on May 20, 2020 and is currently a major shareholder.
Mills replaces former chair Tim Linacre, who will remain on the board as senior independent nonexecutive director.
