Vicarious Surgical said David Styka has resigned as chairman of the company.
The medical robotics company on Monday said that Styka announced his intent to resign on Feb. 27, effective Feb. 29.
Styka’s resignation doesn’t come as a result a disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices, Vicarious Surgical added.
