Singer-songwriter Joe Jonas and his “Game of Thrones” actress wife, Sophie Turner, have finally unloaded their Miami manse for a reduced $15 million.

The celebrity couple bought the 10,416-square-foot home back in 2021 for $11 million and hired designer Sarah Ivory to help redesign it.

In November 2022, they turned around and put the six-bedroom residence back on the market for $17 million.

With no buyers biting, they slashed the price to $15.5 million in April. Now, it has officially sold for just a little less.

“The home has an incredible Cali-meets-Bali vibe,” says David Pullman, of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, in a statement. The place is “Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired but with a tropical twist. It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami, being such a vibrant city, it was a perfect fit.”

Pullman’s statement reflects the home’s impeccable vibes. The property’s listing indeed noted that the “waterfront architectural masterpiece” was designed to be “reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary creations.”

The midcentury-inspired interior boasts 30-foot ceilings, walls of stone and glass, and rich wood floors.

A lush foyer is filled with tropical plants and is highlighted by a floating staircase.

A bright, two-story living room surrounded by glass walls offers a peek at the private yard. The nearby billiards room has an oversized fireplace and coffered wood ceiling.

The sleek, all-white kitchen is outfitted with dual wall ovens, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a waterfall island.

Designed for entertaining, the home even has a separate staff entrance and a dual-sided, full-service bar for indoor/outdoor serving.

When it comes to leisure, a state-of-the-art spa and resort-style pool and hot tub offer the perfect spots to kick back. There’s even a 94-foot, private dock with direct bay and ocean access.

A version of this story was published on Realtor.com, a real estate and rentals site. In addition to homes for sale, you can find rentals like Scottsdale apartments, Austin apartments, Tampa apartments and more.
