Shares of blank-check company Adit EdTech Acquisition were down 21% to $3.98 Tuesday after it announced plans to voluntarily delist from the NYSE American.

The company cited indications from NYSE American that the company’s securities wouldn’t be approved for listing after its combination with Bitcoin miner Griid Holdco.

Adit EdTech plans to continue filing the same types of periodic reports and other information it currently files with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company moved its listing to the NYSE American from the New York Stock Exchange in February after it was out of compliance with an NYSE market capitalization requirement.
