Shares of AppFolio hit a record high after the company recorded fourth-quarter earnings and revenue that topped analyst projections.
The stock rose 30% to a high of $226.78 in the first half of the trading day. Shares were trading around $115 this time a year ago.
After the bell on Thursday, the software company posted earnings of 83 cents a share on revenue of $171.8 million.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet had been expecting earnings of 33 cents a share on revenue of $165.3 million.
