and other cryptocurrencies were little changed on Thursday, holding on to the bulk of gains from a rally that pushed prices sharply higher in recent days. Multiple factors continue to support momentum behind digital assets.
The price of Bitcoin was near flat over the past 24 hours at $43,750, having earlier traded above $44,000—the largest token’s highest price since April 2022, before cryptos plunged into a brutal and prolonged bear market. Bitcoin has soared by two-thirds since mid-October, ending a multi-month stretch of subdued trading and spurring calls of a new crypto bull market.
