Darktrace said that Patrick Jacob is no longer a director of the board, having failed to get enough shareholder support at the annual general meeting.
The cybersecurity company said Thursday that Jacob received 43.33% of votes cast.
It added that the resolutions to appoint David Willetts and Peter Bonfield as directors also received low counts at the meeting but were approved. Willetts received 68.37% of votes cast while Bonfield received 77.87%.
Darktrace said that it is committed to maintaining a dialogue with shareholders and will engage with those who voted against the three resolutions to understand their concerns.
All other resolutions put forward at the meeting received more than 90% of votes cast.
