E Automotive said it named John Rim as its chief financial officer following the resignation of Andrew Bohlin in June.
The Canada-based company, which develops a digital platform that provides automotive dealerships with access to an online wholesale auction marketplace, said Monday that Rim will take over the role on Oct. 1.
Bohlin will continue to consult with the company until then.
Rim has over 25 years of business, finance and accounting experience in publicly listed companies, E Automotive said.
