Technology services company Endava acquired TLM Partners, enhancing its position in digital entertainment.
TLM provides services across design, engineering and art/animation for both PC and console video games and other digital entertainment. A sales price wasn’t disclosed.
Endava said TLM’s clients include Microsoft, Sony and Take-Two Interactive. It also said TLM is credited as a co-developer on franchises including “Immortals of Aveum” and “Call of Duty.”
London-based Endava said the deal helps its offerings focused on “the convergence of video game and immersive experiences and payments within cloud environments.”
Endava recently acquired the Australia-based companies DEK and Mudbath.
