Kinder Morgan’s Pasadena, Texas Terminal on Tuesday was “back to normal operations with the exception of one small inbound pipeline” after the facility experienced a brief fire over the weekend, the company said in a Tuesday statement to OPIS.
The facility experienced a brief fire Sunday as contractors were performing construction activities on the site. The company noted the fire was contained to several vehicles and construction equipment and no injuries resulted from the event.
KM said it was investigating the cause of the event and cleanup activities were underway. The company also noted that regulatory agencies were notified Sunday and the company has been working with customers on any potential impacts.
