Knight-Swift Transportation’s board has raised the trucking company’s quarterly dividend by 14%, to 16 cents from 14 cents.
The new payout, equal to 64 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.11% based on Thursday’s closing price of $57.86, up from 0.97%.
The Phoenix company on Friday said the increased dividend is payable March 25 to shareholders of record March 8.
