Shares of La Rosa on Friday surged after the company said it acquired its Longwood, Fla.-based franchise, La Rosa Realty CW Properties.
The shares were recently up 36% at $2.04.
The holding company for five cloud-based, multi-service real estate segments said the franchise generated revenue of $3.4 million and had positive income in 2022.
La Rosa didn’t disclose financial details on the deal.
The company’s acquisition comes as it looks to reach an annualized revenue rate of $100 million before the end of 2024.
