Star Phoenix Group Ltd. said Monday that the resolution to reappoint its Chair Lubing Liu has failed to pass at the annual general meeting.
The AIM-listed oil-and-gas company said the resolution to reelect Liu received 41.9 million votes against and 2.2 million votes in favor.
The company said it has appointed current director Mu Luo as chair on a provisional basis until a suitable replacement is announced.
