Specialty-chemicals company Chase Corp. is seeking a possible sale, The Wall Street Journal reported. Shares rise 5.7% in aftermarket trading.

Meal-kit company Blue Apron closed a deal with FreshRealm and used the proceeds to eliminate its debt. Shares slide 13% in after-hours trading, paring back gains from the regular trading session when the stock soared 67%.

Oncorus on June 1 said it anticipates its finances won’t meet its needs beyond the third quarter and plans to cut nearly its entire workforce. Shares plummet 20% in aftermarket trading, extending losses from over the last week.
