The U.S. is pausing all military aid to Ukraine until President Trump determines that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is committed to peace negotiations with Russia, as fallout continues from the extraordinary on-camera clash between the two leaders last week.
The pause in aid, reported by The Wall Street Journal citing an unnamed White House official, could freeze current shipments as well, leaving Ukraine in a much more precarious military position and handing Russia its most significant diplomatic wins since it invaded Ukraine more than three years ago.
