Why Are Wall Street Memes Launching a Discord Hack Relief Fund?
The launch of the generous compensation fund comes mere weeks after the launch of Wall Street Memes Casino, and will refund any $WSM tokens taken by hackers who targeted the WSM Discord Server in October.
This follows the coordinated attack on October 12, which saw the $WSM discord community come under fire for over 24-hours through a deluge of scammers reaching out to unsuspecting community members.

Victims of these scam approaches saw their entire $WSM stacks stolen, leading some investors to panic..
However, the launch of the Discord Hack Relief Fund aims to remedy this, with losses expected to be compensated on a 1:1 basis.
How Does the Discord Hack Relief Fund Work – How to Submit a Lost $WSM Claim?
While the Wall Street Memes team gathered extensive intelligence on impacted users during the 48-hours following the initial cyber attack, the launch of the Discord Hack Relief Fund portal enables a simple claim to be submitted.
To start your loss claim submission you will need: access to your compromised wallet in order to sign a message alongside a clean wallet address unaffected by the hack.
Firstly, you will need to head to Etherscan and connect your compromised wallet in order to interact with the ‘sign message’ button.
Secondly, after clicking sign the message with your compromised wallet, a pop up box will appear prompting your signature (double-check here to ensure the compromised wallet address is shown under the ‘address’ box).
Thirdly, you will need to copy and paste your new clean wallet address into the box replacing the holder text [CLEAN WALLET ADDRESS].
Fourthly, it is advised you then double-check to ensure you have input the correct addresses; with the compromised hack-affected wallet address under ‘Address’ and your new clean address replacing the [CLEAN WALLET ADDRESS] holder text.
Fifthly, all that is left to do is click “sign message”, and then ‘publish’ to complete the compensation form submission, with lost $WSM tokens expected to be airdropped to your clean address on November 22 once cross-referenced with the hack data.
