Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 1.37%.
The best performers of the session on the were Orsted A/S (CSE:), which rose 5.45% or 32.60 points to trade at 630.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Bavarian Nordic (CSE:) added 3.64% or 6.40 points to end at 182.10 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) was up 1.93% or 3.58 points to 189.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:), which fell 4.15% or 26.00 points to trade at 601.00 at the close. Danske Bank A/S (CSE:) declined 3.76% or 5.30 points to end at 135.80 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was down 2.60% or 29.20 points to 1,094.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 84 to 65 and 17 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.15% or 0.10 to $68.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.19% or 0.14 to hit $72.47 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.02% or 20.80 to trade at $2,057.80 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.59% to 6.77, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.05% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 101.29.
