In a new disclosure filed yesterday, U.S. Representative Jonathan Jackson (D-IL) reported the purchase of $15,001 – $50,000 of Linde (NYSE:) plc, in a trade that took place on July 18. Since that trade was made, the stock has risen approximately 0.29%.

Linde is a global multinational chemical company, and is the world’s largest industrial gas company by market share and revenue. Rep. Jackson sits on the House’s Committee on Foreign Affairs, which could potentially give him access to insider information on issues that concern companies such as Linde.
