Greetings, fellow investors and journalists. I am Kristen. Welcome to the Investor Conference Call of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd (“Hon Hai Precision Industry”). We have invited Rotating CEO Kathy Yang, Chief Financial Officer De-cai “David” Huang, and Spokesperson James Wu to join us today. The conference is expected to last about an hour, with the first part consisting of a presentation and the second part being a Q&A session. Before the conference commences, please carefully read the safe harbor notice in the presentation material.

Now, we will move on to the first part of the conference. This will cover four topics: a review of Q2 of 2025, an outlook for Q3 and the full year, major business developments, and recent major events. First, I would like to invite our Chief Financial Officer, David, to present our financial performance for Q2 of 2025.

The Company has been implementing a rotating CEO system for over a year. It is now in its second term, with the overall operation getting more and more on track. To align with the Group’s spirit of division of labor, sharing, and collaboration, we are inviting the Rotating CEO to participate in investor conferences starting this quarter, so that the CEO can engage directly with everyone.

I would like to take this opportunity to update you on the schedule for our quarterly investor conferences in the coming year. The Chairman will share with you a review of the year and an outlook for the following year in March and November each
