Good evening, and welcome to MillerKnoll’s Quarterly Earnings Conference Call. As a reminder, this call is being recorded. I would now like to introduce your host for today’s conference, Wendy Watson, Vice President of Investor Relations.

Good evening, and welcome to our Third Quarter Fiscal 2025 Conference Call. On with me are Andi Owen, Chief Executive Officer; and Jeff Stutz, Chief Financial Officer. Joining them for the Q&A session are John Michael, President of North America Contract; and Debbie Propst, Vice President of Global Retail.

We issued our earnings press release for the quarter ended March 31th, 2025, after market closed today. Along with our press release we filed an 8-K announcing a change in our segment reporting structure, 8-K includes re-caste segment financials from fiscal 2023 to date, reflect the new reportable segments. The segment change has no impact on our historical consolidated financial results. These documents are available on our Investor Relations website at millerknoll.com.
