International stocks trading in New York closed mixed Thursday.
The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts edged down 0.1% to 156.17. The European index was flat at 149.79. The Asian index edged up 0.2% to 183.21. The Latin American index slipped 1.4% to 203.74, while the emerging-markets index moved up 0.4% to 303.66.
Nano Dimension was among those whose ADRs traded actively.
The provider of intelligent machines for the fabrication of additively manufactured electronics slipped 6.7% after a stakeholder, Murchinson, submitted proposals to Nano to include on the agenda of its upcoming annual shareholder meeting, which it said are aimed at overhauling the company’s “broken corporate governance.”
Daqo New Energy edged down 4.7% on declining revenue and net income in its second quarter.
